How do I protect myself when offering software and training? Thats good to know. Did you write the EULA yourself? Do you suggest taking an EULA i like and add/remove what i want from it or is there more to it than that? You mean there is a lot of justified fear over being sued? ;) |

Being liable as a sole proprietorship VS director at a corporation I don't know how 'reputable' i'll be. I looked at "pierce the corporate veil" a number of times and i don't know if a corp ran by a single person is automatically 'alter ego' theory or not. Maybe i will form a corp but i asked this question for further details answers.onstartups.com/questions/23199/….
