Is it legal to show an album on a Youtube Video? No problem brotato. I've been giving this some more thought and even if something were to come of this, it would be fair use for sure. Look n further than online music reviewing communities like Metacritic which use album artwork on their site for album reviews: metacritic.com/albums |

How much does physical appearance matter for becoming a successful entrepreneur? The landscape was different back when Napoleon was around. Napoleon wasn't a CEO of a start-up, and to be a hero and a leader you just need confidence, determination and a sharp mind. I wouldn't exactly call any famous entrepreneur from the early 1900's, 1800's or 1700's attractive. Look at Tesla, Einstein, Newton... all ugly as hell, the appearance of an entrepreneur has changed since then, things change. |

How much does physical appearance matter for becoming a successful entrepreneur? Sylvain, it's a valid question. He's right, I just did some Googling and most CEO head honcho guys look at least 6ft tall, well shaven, confident faces and nice suits. The more I think about it the more I ask myself does appearance play a part in success? |

How do ensure I am not violating any Open Source licenses when I sell my software? Yeah, that's true. Not all open source licences are good, but in essence there are good open source licences that merely require attribution and that is what I think all projects should release under to be worthy of being called open source. |

My business model: helping guys get laid +1 for a start-up with the goal of getting guys laid. An ambitious goal at that. |

Is There A Recommended Method for Software Protection? Dane's answer is probably your best bet. Just remember that if the big guys like Microsoft can have their software hacked, if someone wants to crack your software they can and will. |

To get funding do you really need a well known entreprenuer/fame on your team? Somewhat Adam. I guess getting on Techcrunch or Mashable is getting public attention as those online publications go gaga with startups that have ex-Googlers and Facebookers. |

Digital Anti-Piracy System! Your opinion, comments and a few questions! It's a good idea, but manually saving DCMA's is not viable for one man and if he prices it too high he risks losing out on clients and if he prices it too low, he's ripping himself off. |
