Hi, I am a developer. Learnt myself java as I was building my first Dashboard. It is over 5 yrs now and having a successful product feels good. Now I am learning my way through all the web apps technology and I find Google and Stackoverflow the real mentors that are guiding me through building my web based dashboard product.
