Filling out a W9 as a Single Member LLC The confusing bit is the W9 specifically says not to use the disregarded entity's EIN and use the personal SSN or EIN in it place. It's right there in the W9 instructions. So IRS is confusing itself and going back on its own rules? Argh. |
