Is Outsourcing Evil? @Giles Thomas: I have never seen anyone using an internet cafe for that sort of work (unless for an emergency). This is theoretically possible, but I really don't think someone who does not have 24/7 access to a computer (i.e. a dedicated computer either at work or at home) can get much work done. Also, how does someone who never owned a computer gain the proficiency needed to actually do tasks that require some degree of skill? It is still possible, but I'm just saying it is unlikely and I've never seen it. |
