A Call for Bloggers
Do you like to write? If so, the Workplace SE is looking for volunteer bloggers to contribute monthly articles on topics about navigating the professional workplace. See The Workplace Meta - Do we want a Blog? for more details, or jump into 9 to 5 Blogging chat room. No rep requirement.
StackApps
StackInbox - Chrome/Firefox Extension that Preserves New Stack Exchange Inbox Messages Until They Are Actually Read. There is an earlier developed app of the same name, written by another author, for the Mac. I haven't used it, but it looks pretty good!
IHaveBadges - A Userscript to link your badges in the toolbar to your list of badges in your profile.
Area 51 Stack Exchange Proposals:
About Dreams is a new Area 51 proposal for questions about navigating the dream world. This includes topics such as lucid dreaming techniques and benefits, dream interpretation, levels of sleep, and other questions about dreams.
Follow Motorcycling SE proposal and help us create example questions to define the site's topic.
We need more support for the Building Social Networks proposal! We still need more followers and more example questions.
If you're not sure what questions to submit, ask them anyway. I'm more than happy to help you edit them through constructive feedback in the comments :)
If I helped you out and you want to say thanks, or if you have some feedback for me in general, please leave me a note in my Feedback Loop on LoopTodo:
Leave Me Feedback

Using almost the same company name as a competitor This may also fit the Freelancing SE site, which is still in private beta and closed to outsiders. consider re-asking this there in about a week or two when the site moves to public beta. |

Dilemma: to outsource the coding or do it yourself Names of countries should be capitalized. Also, text after a : is capitalized; also separated first paragraph into two for readability |

How to position your pitch to investors during the pivot? Could you provide more detail? Suppose the answers depend on the type of business you're running? If folks make assumptions, you might not get the answers you're looking for. Please consider making an edit to your question to describe more about your business and any other details that may be helpful. Good luck! |

License model for University/Colleges removed "interested in opinions on this" as it just invites polling/discussion. Without that, the question stands a better chance of getting real answers. |

How can startups protect their technology from being copied by the companies assembling it? This is pretty eye-opening. Thanks for posting all of the links. Plus, the story about the kid selling his kidney, traditionally that's something that we joke about in the US, but that happens a LOT in other parts of the world. |

How much equity should a founding engineer get? I think you have to factor in whose taking on more risk. If the business goes belly up and I'm stuck with a mountain of debt but you walk away scot-free, something just feels wrong about that. |
