How to introduce an Upscale Nightclub business to a sleeping community if the city rolls up at 8pm i'm not sure i would pitch it as a nightclub. maybe a jazz bar with light appetizers or something that develops into a more active nightclub over time, but I'm thinking the city development board or whatever is going to give you trouble |

To avoid your emails being treated as spam, does it help to attach a vcf file? +1 for getting a credible and non-blacklisted hosting provider...i went with 1&1 and about half of the people i email(personal non-business emails) get slid over to the spam folder due to spammers using the cheap 1&1 hosting packages |

Looking For Potential Investers…But Doing It With Caution I am suggesting starting on a shoestring with the intention of paying predicated on sales...do the math on what it would take to be up for a year. Pay that up front and if it doesn't work after a year, it wont work....does that clarify what I intended to say? |

What does IP mean in Digital medium Depends on the licensing. You could patent the improvement under some circumstances, like a BSD licensed product. The improvement only could be patented though. I have a lot of respect for IBM though, if I remember correctly they paid part or all of the FIPS certification for source code cost on openssl(a fairly hefty price tag). |
