Building an “A-Team” — How do I Build a Team I can trust from those I don't know? @Jeremy, I think a little bit of each. I think I mean developers who are very good at what they do and are willing to devote whatever time they have to a project's success without up-front gains. In terms of working as hard as me, of course I'd like to find a team who gets passionate about the project like I am. Regarding juggling, I can't afford to quit my day-job; I wouldn't expect others to, either. |
