Forming a new software startup, how do I allocate ownership fairly? After company is established, what if some founders are working on other things(ideas/startups) too? Should his share decrease? |

Forming a new software startup, how do I allocate ownership fairly? Excellent reply. One question though, why do we need to split the shares among the 3,4,5 layers? Why only 50% for founders? Founders (80%) , 1st layer (10%), 2nd layer (10%). Isn't it ok? all other layers just salary employees. |
