Question about prepaid accounts for an online site Thanks for the suggestions Xiao. I have looked into a credit system as you have suggested but I think I can handle withdrawals/deposits without it. One major problem is that paypal seem to be able to chargeback transactions for any time up to 45 days after the initial transaction. This could leave me exposed and I would like to prevent this. One idea I have is to require all monies to be in the system for at least 45 days before it can be withdrawn. This would have implications for my customers and perhaps is not feasible solution. Any ideas? Once again thanks or your feed back. |

Question about prepaid accounts for an online site Thanks Slatecaster for your response. You are by no means raining on my parade and you make some relevant points. I do feel however that provided I can set this up in a correct manner, it can bring a lot to my site. My biggest concern is to ensure that this can be done in a legal and affordable way. Also thanks for the book reference, I am going to check it out. |
