What is the Minimum Level of Quality (MLQ) expected for your Minimum Viable Product (MVP) In otherwords, to quote 37signals "Build half a product, not a half-ass product" |

Experience with promoting your site through Social Networks It seems you have a gratuitous number of links to your own site. A single one should suffice, this isn't an advertising board. |

What to do when customer doesn't pay? Might just be me, but I'd prefer to read $100-200 instead of $1-200. I read it at $1200 at first before I noticed the subsequent usages. |

How to get reliable survey results +1 for throwing out a number. Although I'd tend to say that (depending on how valuable the service is) people are generally willing to pay more than what they say they will if they don't have a good alternative to your service. Throwing out a number has another advantage making it less likely they'll give a lower number than they actually think it's worth. If you ask me how much I'd pay for a service, I might say, $30 a month, but if you had asked whether I'd pay $50 a month I might still say yes (just as an example). Do multiple versions and have high numbers in at least some of them. |

Legal implications of cloning a board game @Dana I think you should rephrase or define your use of "rules" in your answer because anyone that I know who speaks of the "rules" of a game are not talking about the written text but the manner in which a game may be played. |

What makes a Successful Web Site Launch? By launch do you mean going from 0 to 50,000 hits in one day? That doesn't really sound like a reasonable expectation IMO. Even if you do pull it off, I doubt it would be sustained. |

New Startup - How to outsource everything without losing control I find that answers that start with "prepping for downvotes..." or something similar seem to gain downvote immunity unless it's just a really bad answer. +1 though because it's a very good answer. |

Bad Signs: When non-tech people say “what am I looking at” +1 for the last sentence "Don't pay any attention to people's opinions of your software if they are not in your industry niche." It's the opinion of people who will be using your software that matters. |

Moving from 2 to 3 founders ? A good idea? +1 for asking WHY a partner. If the guy is really good then that's one thing, but if it's just for the funding and he doesn't seem great then it's probably not worth it. |

Startup - 1 or 2% equity is good deal? Please advise I agree that 2% is absurdly low, but 90% is just as absurdly high. You're saying that 1 developer would be doing 9 times more work than the other two combined, which is either a complete underestimating of what goes into a startup or if they're really contributing that little then it's doomed to begin with. |
