How do I create a service charge table Excel makes it even easier. The best part of having it in excel is that its so fluid you can make changes quickly. If you ever turn it into a software application or web based app then any programmer could simply look at the excel and quickly understand your goals. Best of luck!!! |

International provisional patent application? maybe someone needs to warn you that a WIPO patent is a big waste of money. Your small company is not going to be able to sue a company in a different country for exploiting your patent. Are you going to take your case to the World courts? |

Can one who lives in a 3rdWC target an investing round from a VC (US)? US VC firm can invest anywhere around the globe. Most like to invest not only in the same country, but in the same area. If you are in a 3rd world country, they might see you as more risky because you could more easily dissapear, and would have less to lose in regards to reputation. Incorporate your company in the USA, and bring on a partner in the USA that can manage this activity. Doing it offshore is a recipe for disaster unless if you have the next big thing. |

Where to base company if I want to move from country to country? You could form an IBC in a private country such as Panama, that way not too many records of your foreign earnings ever go beyond the country you made the earnings in (including your own home country) |

What to do to boost user registration This is the best advice you can give anyone for their 1st startup. Chris is so right. You need to learn how to divide up features between must have, nice to have, and be able to phase them out into seperate build versions. The sooner you launch, the sooner you are profitable. The sooner you have profits, the quicker you can build future phases. That said, make sure you plan for the future in your business. For web apps, data structure and growth are worth considering at all phases. |

Server costs for video startup +1 solid advice. whoever voted this down is obviously a cloud fanboy and doesnt understand the business side (costs). You dont see sites like (porn movies) or online storage using cloud because its too expensive. You pay a lot for the luxury of ease of mind. |

Is It Ethical to Poach Customers Agreed, not poaching, just approaching. GO FOR IT. So long as you are not doing it with stolen data, the rest is fair game, and that is why its called capitalism. |

What is the best type of retirement plan? sounds really stupid until your stop and realize most publicly traded companies are part of a ponzi scheme. |
