Running a dating site - Use volunteers for administration - how to keep them motivated? Hi and thanks for your detailed reply - in my main job, I manage a team of 15, and it's much easier than managing a team of 3 volunteers :) But as you said, it's a completely different approach. Turnover is a big problem for me, because the learning curve is very steep, and takes about 2-3 days of my time, so i cannot work with a high turnover model. As i wrote below, I am considering rewarding them with equity, but am not fully convinced it will work. |
