Good books on sales for non-sales people? I"ve read his book "Yes! 50 proven ways to be persuasive" and the non-textbook version of Influence (haven't read it but looking forward to it)
Is it worth it to spend money on office space for a software start-up? I was bummed that my answer (which I thought was excellent and included nice formatting and links to a great article) only had 3 up votes. I feel a little better now that I see your answer only got 1 <g>). Misery loves company.
