Would you hire offshore developers? You joke. I have been involved in systems where what you ask people to submit for free took months to design. Functional spec + technical spec is easily 20% of the work. Most serious companies will laugh you out of the door asking for that for free. |

Low barrier of entry + something every student with delusions tries out = hard to make a buck. Sorry, ths simply is how it is. If you HAVE customers this can be additional low income (and not too shappy at that), but to get custoemrs for it is - hard. |

New brand under a DBA for a separate division in the company +1 - totally an internal issue. SImilar to divisions - there is no legal reason something like a division or a marketing department even exists. It is only internally, for better orgainzation. Strong brand = more identification. |
