Is hiring another software house to build my web-based app prototype a good idea? My point is that you can adjust an in-house team by hiring/firing out-performers, but doing so with an outsourced team is costly since you'll have to start over with a new one. |

Is hiring another software house to build my web-based app prototype a good idea? Jeff, the question is not if he needs a dev partner, but if he can manage a development team. In either case he can hire a dev manager. Bringing a partner in the company is a huge decision. |

Webinar software (Displaying video of desktop, My Audio, attendees can IM chat, etc) Go with WebEx. Works very well and has all the features you need and much more. I believe is the cheapest too. |

Everybody wants to make money, especially on this site. My point is that before you start thinking of raising money, first think what you can do to start a business. |
