Developing and formalizing sales process Yes, I am familiar with this methodology. Actually read Steve's book about it. For some reason I had some hard time applying it... Tried 2 times actually didn't work all that well... I guess I am doing something wrong. |

Developing and formalizing sales process great advice indeed. I have been thinking about doing that for a long time. Biggest obstacle here - if I raise prices, I will need to work with bigger clients and from my experience bigger clients need their vendors to be 'bigger'(we already lost few big jobs cause we were "too small"). On top of that I have such a hard time figuring out how to even get to bigger accounts. |
