@Justyn - The click animation was part of iShowU, and you could turn it on or off. I think there's a way to do zoom in as well, but never looked that hard.

comment Using Facebook Connect - Pros and Cons
My own site ( obsidianportal.com ) allows OpenID but not FB Connect. My reasoning is that I don't trust Facebook, and I have some ethical opposition to them owning peoples' profiles all over the web. OpenID, by contrast, is an open standard implemented by many providers with no single corporation in control. I know I sound like a nut, but I really don't trust Facebook, and I don't want them in between me and my userbase. I may change my mind at some point, but I'm not there yet.
