Incubator for pay? So you're either asking a yes or no question, or a "give me a list of services" poll question. Neither of which are allowed on this site, so I'm closing the question. And yes, incubators that provide business resources in exchange for a fee do exist, but I highly doubt you'll find any good ones that don't require some sort of application process, even if it's just minimal. They don't want a bunch of people that are never going to go anywhere in their incubator, because it'll make them look bad, and it's a waste of their time. |

Finder's Fee - How to structure the agreement? Anita, welcome to the site! There are a couple of reasons why we need to close your question. First, this is a site focused on issues related to starting and running a business. Your question is a general legal contract question that is not related to startups. Second, your question is impossible to answer. Nobody here can answer "what's the best way to structure a legal contract", even the lawyers on the site, because it would require way too many details. |
