How do you discover who are the customers for your “alpha” product? twitter shifts and changes all the time... Search in twitter and you will get the latest (whatever I post here will be old in a day :) ) I can recommend a book that will give you list and list of things you should think about when developing a product: product design and development (4th edition) by Karl T Ulrich. It is not an easy book to read (can get very boring) but it has very valuable information. It is ridiculously expensive, so I suggest finding it in a library. |
