But could you give me your opinion on credits? I loved that idea because it would give the customers maximum flexibility. Want only to prepay 6 months (and still get a proportional discount)? Fine. Added 3 new users and doesn't want to pay yet? Fine. It could even be used to reward the customer if the service went offline. 2 credits for everyone. Do you think its too complicated to use credits? |
