I really don't care for Guy's snotty know-it-all demeanor... but the book has some golden truths in it. I own it and it is one of the 5 books I give to students I mentor.

Another great benefit of getting a buy-in from your spouse is that it forces you to formulate your thoughts in a way more people will understand. Too often we have our wild ideas and it just seems so clear in our heads... until we explain it to someone and get "wtf?" look.

All the packages I am mentioning have one core feature - issue tracking. What differentiates them is the "hodge-podge" of other features they offer out of the box.2
