So, the managers that we would need to go after, how do we find where they hangout, what magazines, etc read? We defined who we need to approach, now the question is how do we find them, how do we appoach?

Based on the recommendations, I ended up quoting a major discount on the product base price and full price on the support. I also introduced new "enterprise" support option with phone support, implementation help and direct communication with the dev team.
