What is legally required in order to accept monthly payments for a SaaS product? thank you for your response, as for #2, I use the Stripe payment API, which means I won't need to store credit card data. Yay for reducing the complexity on my end :) |

Does every account (Paypal, Mailchimp etc.) need to be in the Corporation's name, to make that account belong to the Corp? +1 for overall scariness of question. :) |
