comment How do I prove my finances to a partner? My partner is afraid I will not give him his full cut
@dnbrv - and that's how he gets "no possibility of cheating."

He would need to have client identification and not just be able to forward an anonymous user.

So you don't even know if you can go from $20 a copy to a $60/year fee?

Figure out how to declutter your site. Most users will get lost and won't need all that content at once.

comment Profiting from a community-based website WITHOUT advertisments

comment Intellectual Property (Source Code) Held in Escrow
You can let them pay for the escrow, but they'd be foolish to let you give the code to other users/their competition. They can't be the only ones to see the benefit.

comment SaaS limitations for high-volume but low-profit organisations?
+1 - Great point on thinking about focusing the market. Customers may outgrow your app. Give yourself some room at the top. +1000 user pricing can be customized/negotiable. Your company may be in a better position to offer volume discounts.

comment quit your day job while building your awesome concept before funding?
Concentrate on your project and you'll soon forget about your job. It doesn't seem like you can afford "peace" at this time. If you're short on hours, then reconsider.

@David - It's not that your question is not relevant to the site, you may get a better answer from one that has more graphic design experts.

Setup and merchant account; then you'll see.
