How to deal with competitors who are constantly slashing their prices? Thanks for your input Joel. I do not want to compete on price level as I know this will sooner or later bring detrimental effects on not only myself but the market as well. I should have been clearer, the fact is we are selling similar products. Perhaps different manufacturers but same products. I'm not entirely certain how I could differentiate the product? I could probably create more events but the customer involvement have been very very low :( |

Reward Points Calculation Dilemma Hi @Tim Nash, thanks for your input. I will try to get a copy of the book.I guess what i am essentially trying to achieve is to allow customers to claim specific free gifts, promotional products or even a free shipping rebate from the reward points. Come to think of it, what is the difference between loyalty points and reward points? don't they work the same way? |

Terms & Conditions for Ecommerce hi frequent, thanks for your advice. Unfortunately in this part of the world, ecommerce is a relatively new thing and we don't have any governmental or private associations for ecommerce businesses. I guess my best bet now, is to try to draft my own version and send it off to a lawyer for review. I'm sure thats gonna cost me :( Thank you very much for your input, I will check out the site you provided, maybe I could find some leads there. |
