Equity split 50/50 and past contributions Thanks for the reply, but doesn't answer the questions. We do have an attorney from the accelerator, but I want to have a better insight and do my homework before. The accelerator takes 8%, but this still makes the split equal between cofounders. |

Acquiring a website with unclear ownership Thank you for your answer. So at the end who matters are person A and B. This means that if I get the domain, script license and website consents then would be enough to own legally the site. Considering that person D is hired and we ignore person C during the sales process (let's say nobody wants him to join), would he still has legal power against us? |
