What is the real price of an Amazon EC2 machine? I completely disagree for not being able to move from EC2 to others. I have more than 15 instances running and can switch to any other host because all instances are running on open source CentOS. |

Overwhelmed by Technical Supports Thanks Tom. I'm debating between two options: 1. Hire a technical-focused person so I can, if not fully, at leaset partly delegate most of the technical works so I can focus on the other aspect of the business. 2. Hire a less-technical but more overall rounded person. This person will answer simple tech support questions and forward difficult ones to me. This will improve customer's perception of our service because of ongoing communication. This person will also help with overall business dev. Ideally, I will need both but I can only pick one for now. |

Overwhelmed by Technical Supports Hi Gary. Thanks for the advice. You are correct that some of the maintenance and tech support time can be reduced if I can improve the design somewhat and refine the knowledgebase/tutorial section. I'm dedicating my next few days to work on tutorials so I can cut down redundant questions. |
