Determining net worth when a partner leaves We've had many conflicts in this partnership, and no I do not consider myself a crappy programmer, but a crappy businessman - maybe -_-. ( I often seek opportunities for the challenge/experience/resume material). Anyways, I appreciate your advice. There is no way he's going to sign it if I say the company owes me even $2000. And I would really like to avoid legal hassles. |

When to ditch a partnership Although all the answers here are great, I'm awarding the 'final' answer here as we do have a major disconnect on product management. And we won't be able to much else say to a VC about our team anything other than 'I own the majority but he creates and designs everything'. |
