I'm a microISV - a one-man software company, writing and selling installed Windows software for charities and churches to track their donors and donations and issue charitable receipts. Quite successful, with over 4,500 registered users as of early 2012.

The app is written in PowerBuilder (yes, people still use it, and I still think it's the best thing for database-based apps like mine!).
