As a stock holder, do I have the right to know how many stocks other investors have? The issue is that if they awarded you shares as an employee they have no obligation to tell you what other employees were awarded. Unless somebody was given a significant portion of the company, 10% or more. |

Should I leave my job and compete with my current employer? Be very careful if you do leave. They may claim that they own your future work, because it was based on the IP you were exposed to while you worked for them. Don't take anything with you. Not even a notebook. |
