Sharing ad revenue with partner on same website There will be other sources of revenue anyway. And, you don't need a joint bank account. You need just one account and the account owner needs to prepare an accounting of all income and expenses on a regular basis. Then they give the other partner's share to them. |

Sharing ad revenue with partner on same website It might be convenient for the moment, but it doesn't really make sense. Why split revenue based on different ad placements? They will not be equal. How will you decide who gets which placement? |

Is AdSense worth your time? I never click on Adsense ads either, but that doesn't matter. A billion other people do, and that can be used to generate income for us. |

If I'm working at a company, do they have intellectual property rights to the stuff I do in my spare time? Ultimately it boils down to the same thing for most legal issues: If the company is smart, they will set it up to make it easy to sue you and hard for you to sue them. But in practice they will not sue you because they are not interested in you. They are interested in building their own business. So you can create your own side projects. And you aren't going to sue them, because it requires large amounts of effort and money. Just don't expect to grow a big business while you are employed at the company. Keep a low profile and don't do anything that is in obvious competition. |

I'm a designer, but need help. Where to find? Agree with Bhargav. I have never searched for biz partners on Craigslist, but judging by the vast numbers of sketchy people on it I wouldn't try. |

Where can I find samples of good one page executive summary for a business plan? I got good advice from "The Art of the Start" for this - amazon.com/Art-Start-Time-Tested-Battle-Hardened-Starting/dp/… |
