has anyone applied “lean business practice” to the initial startup team? Hmmm... this sounds like it is related to the iterative cycle once you have started... I am particularly interested in the initial prototype, or in terms of the company, the people who gather together. That is, the very inception of the "company", how a few people gather and turn the synergy between them into a product. I believe it is possible to do this by-passing the formation of the company... What do you think? |
