Just getting started; someone else released the same app - what now? Make your product better. Hope the new competitor spends great piles of cash building the market for you so you can fill it with a better product. |

How can I improve my enterprise sales? Up-vote for "Ask your current customers if they know of any other contacts...". Your customers are not just valuable for they money they pay you. |

Taking company's source code away The employees I've worked with for a decade and are invested in the company get a higher level of trust than the guy I hired off the street last week. If you can't trust anyone with your trade secrets it's going to very hard to scale your business. The 2nd paragraph of my answer discusses how I handle it. |

Should we test with the local market first? B2C vs B2B is a pretty good way to differentiate apps rather than complexity. Complexity is relative after all. If you're building SalesForce face time with you beta testings is extreamly valuable. If you're building facebook it's likely to be less valuable. |

At what rate are meals and hotels tax deductible for business trips? If my accountant were "pretty sure" about IRS policy I'd find a new accountant. I pay her to know or find out. |

What's the opposite of “Lean?” While possibly true, not especially useful IMHO. |

A day in the life of a CEO Typical and CEO are not words that go together well. The industry and size of the company are going to be factors and just about every CEO has his/her own set of strengths and weaknesses that will impact their "typical" day. |

Why become certified as a women-owned business? Most governmental entities have quotas (thought they call them something else) to meet for doing business with companies owned by protected classes of people. The Feds talk about it a lot but they exist at virtually all levels of government. |
