Actual tax rate for self employment with LLC +1 lol, thanks for the slap or reality :) I was given that advice several times for different reasons. When negotiating hourly rates for contracts, I wasn't able to get desired rates unless it was a corp-to-corp. I also wish to protect myself should anything go wrong since I have a very large international client I do work for where I'm responsible for expensive equipment. |

How can a Greenhorn get experience? My company just hired a junior developer who couldn't answer any of the questions. He was hired because of his enthusiasm and he showed that he was willing/eager to learn and also because he wasn't afraid to say "I don't know". Not sure if that helps but it goes along with @Jason's comment about "Combat with entusiams" |
