How to get permission/integrate with ERP legally? This is classic software lock in. It sounds like they are considering your data joint work, basically claiming they own it as well as you. "User agrees not to resell or otherwise transfer to a third party any data extracted from the database portion of the Software." means we own you data. If you can not do those things, how do you migrate to a new erp. 1.) extract your data 2.) strip the meta data (which they can definitley claim ownership of) 3.) add meta data you own 4.) find an ISO 8000 and ISO 22745 compliant ERP. so this does not happen again. |

What is the process to transfer real estate you already own into a newly formed LLC? Helps a lot, Thanks. After reading my mortgage doco, it is clear that the bank CAN exercise the due on sale clause. I also sent the banker who is servicing my loan an email and asked how often they have called a loan due on sale simply because the owners transferred it into an LLC they owned, his reply after asking the head of residential mortgages, was "never". |

What would have to happen to force disclosure of the members in an LLC? Would my attorney then be able to try and argue to not disclose the documents, or is simply having a lawsuit filed against my LLC enough to be compelled to produce the Operating Agreement and such identify the owners of the LLC. |
