Having a license to your product instead of owning it? Also should say that the app has been submitted and the phase 1.0 build is complete less some final troubleshooting. We have so far paid 18k (50%) with the remaining due upon acceptance. We already have specs for 2.0 and had the intention of continuing our relationship. Would it be better to bring everything inhouse so we own the product while the company continues to build 2.0 or cut ties and build 1.0 and 2.0 inhouse while operation under our license while we rebuild everything |

Ownership of Code? So the question is, what to do now. We have a good relationship with the developer but I am wary of, in the scenario their is an interest to acquire our company/raising money, we aren't able to say that we own the product. Was wondering if anyone has been in a similar situation. |

Ownership of Code? The developer was a third party. Throughout the project we were informed that we were going to own the code as the contract was being prepared. Then found out that we would be issued a license in lieu of owning the source code due to the fact that it tied in to many of their background tools. |

Event of a sale prior to vesting schedule completion Our business is kind of a boom or bust, we will know one way or another in 6 months (the reason for the schedule). |

Wifi Tablet built to Spec You are correct in your assessment, the tablet is a way for the clients to interact with our product. The Aakash actually has more power built in that what is required. We want the tablet to be as bare-bones as possible, and even smaller than the 7" display. |

Wifi Tablet built to Spec The Aakash can be purchased in the states, I posted on E-lance to find an intermediary and the cost for one is $60USD (plus shipping and 3rd party fee). I just learned that what I am referring to is a built to spec tablet manufactured in China. (I don't know the manufacturer though) Wanted to see if anyone had any similar experiences |

Wifi Tablet built to Spec I should state that these will be used by our clients, so they will be bought in bulk, I'm not looking for one for personal use |
