How do you know it's time to pivot? Thanks for your feedback and a good point. Not sure if I'm targeting the wrong audience - its a pretty narrow niche and I have sold to the same audience so far exclusively. Not sure if there really is any other audience for my product than what I'm targeting so far. Will think about it! |

How do I manage my business money vs personal money? @littleadv: You're totally right. What I had in mind is the exceptional case when you have to, and in this case I would handle it in the same way. |

Pricing using Westendorp's Price Sensitivity Meter Thanks for the links. Segmentation and anchroing is reasonable advice. Can be easily combined with a Westendorp model too by surveying the relevant segmentation criteria and anchor points. |

Pricing using Westendorp's Price Sensitivity Meter Thanks for your viewpoint. At the moment, this is more of a theoretical question for me, I would of course not solely rely on the results of a statistical model to determine pricing. I know conjoints quite well, however they are slightly more complicated to conduct and are prone to various weaknesses, hence my question whether Westendorp or other simple models are actually practically applied. |
