Can I file a wage claim if my base salary is below 24k a year? You're right though, I have no intention of "threatening" them. However, a good way to emphasis how wrong they are about my past compensation is to mention that they are actually legally wrong. |

Can I file a wage claim if my base salary is below 24k a year? Its a part of a bigger strategy against two partners who play much dirtier than that. It's also the truth. Using the truth as leverage as a part of a bigger strategy is more than reasonable; especially given that they may have unknowingly, or knowingly, broke the law for the last few years. |
