There are a million variables, but I'm guessing roughly 50-75% of whatever the CEO gets would be appropriate in your case. If you're getting 10% of his allocation it's probably too low, and I wouldn't expect you to be valued as an equal. So, a negotiating tactic would be not to discuss your equity in absolutes, but rather relative values, IMO.
