The reason you cannot find any is because in most countries (you didn't mention yours, so its hard to tell exactly) it would be considered as practicing law, and requires the provider of such a document to be a lawyer and you to be his client.

You can use http://www.viglink.com as an alternative. They allow you to link to Amazon as well as hundreds of other merchants. They do take a 25% commission, but 75% is better than nothing!
