you're just starting out and there are 5 people in the company

That smells of amateurism. You guys seem to be in this for the titles, not for the long schlepp of building a great company. And worse, you all seem to want to be Kings and have social status.

I think that you're rushing into the "I'll sell my company asap" mentality. Plenty of entrepreneurs have that mindset, but getting a company ready for an exit is a pretty long road from the date of its initial formation. There are generally at least a few rounds of investments before an exit.
