Sorry Steven - you say "so far you can see three products" - not sure I could see any. I agree that getting some UI/graphic design skils onboard is pretty essential, but I would start with the homepage. Take a look at 37signals home page - they have four products and your can immediately see what they do. The other thing I would consider is regionalising the product somehow - when I went there, I'm immediately greeted with all this stuff about projects in China - so then I think it must be some sort of Asian project site - straight away I'm put off.
