Talk with a few business insurance brokers to determine all of your risks and receive quotes. Make sure that you review the quotes and determine which risks you need covered. If you receive a quote that is significantly cheaper than the others, check the coverage and coverage limits. |

Business insurance can get pretty complex (I think our policy is several hundred pages), and is generally not as tightly regulated as consumer insurance when it comes to mandatory protections. That said, I'd advise meeting a local insurance agent who can spend some time with you to make sure you have what coverage you need. You can always ask around in Atlanta, or try calling one of the agencies that advertise in local business magazines. |
