I saw a mention of Lulu for selfpublishing.

Looks good but the don't seem to do A3 or Tabloid size books (coffetable book sizes)

Anyone knows of any service that do bigger sizes than A4

I've thought in the past that this would be a good business for a startup to attack. Best of luck! – Benjamin Wootton Jan 15 '10 at 6:07

mypictales seems to have hard-cover and soft-cover books up to 11" x 17" (tabloid size).
