We are a team which has accumulated a great deal of finished projects (close to 100) in the last 2 years, and yet we were unable to find a good and serious company from the USA or Canada which could outsource their project to us regularly. We've been using different freelancing sites, but it seems that those are mainly for individuals. Now, we have a lot of expertise and experience and yet too little work.

Have we been tracking the wrong sites (freelancing web sites)?

Is there some North America-based company which is able to connect needing US companies and us?

Any advise is appreciated.
