I have applied for registering my textile shop name through an agency on 10-10-2010. But till now i haven't got it done. whenever i ask they say my number has not came so i have to wait may be another one year. Please let me know is it a reliable answer?

Through an agency? You mean like a private agent who takes care of all the paperwork, leg work and handles the bureaucratic headaches? – elssar Jan 8 at 12:37
Its not wise to go through a third party when registering businesses. Specially in India, where I used to live. – BhargavPatel Jan 8 at 14:22

Unclear: what reliable answer are you looking for? Is it "how long does it typically take to register a company name in India?" And by register, do you mean a .in domain, or the actual creation of a company? – jimg Jan 8 at 14:38
