I've created a few apps before but most have had little to mild success. For my new app, I want to confirm that it's indeed useful and people would use it. Kind of a market verification step.

Anyhow I created a standing promotional site with ooomf.com (see http://chimetones.me/ ) but how should I best promote to people to see if they're interested in this idea?

I was thinking perhaps a subsection of reddit? Twitter might be useful but it never seems to gain a lot of traction in these early stages. I saw http://betali.st/ , maybe there is something similar to this for mobile apps?

Open to any ideas here.
