I am an engineering student with pretty good ideas and a good team of innovators. I wish to start a small company to build prototypes.. and then think about large scale manufacturing. What is the best option to go for?

I mean will I have to pay regular taxes , show some revenue... etc. etc.?

I am trying to build in India ... what others built for America. Is this attitude right for todays' scenario? Or should I just start a company in the US for better grants?

Please reply.

The best way is to do it with no company nor money. At low funds and no business running overhead, you will be able to deliver the most optimised product. Just use free amazon EC2 instances. – Andrew Smith Sep 18 '12 at 11:03
