I have a fairly large ISO grant that was awarded to me fully vested a month before I left the company (didnt find out specifics about it til after I left.) I have three months to exercise my options before the grant expires.

Problem is I do not have the cash to purchase all the shares right now. Is there a any workaround for this? At the same time I received an NSO grant (as I continue to consult for the company) and would be awesome to transfer the ISO to an NSO but the board moves slower than molasses and I doubt they could or would get that done in time.

Any ideas?
